These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at meddevicestatistics.com (the “Site”), operated by M-D Stats (“M-D Stats,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes statistical, engineering, regulatory, legal, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

No consulting relationship

Viewing the Site, contacting us, or scheduling a call does not create a consultant–client or other professional relationship. We provide services only under a separate written agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of the engagement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs that engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, and the “M-D Stats” name, logo, and marks — are owned by M-D Stats or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
