Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how M-D Stats (“M-D Stats,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at meddevicestatistics.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Information you share with us during a consulting engagement is handled under the separate agreement governing that engagement.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us by email or request a meeting through our scheduling link, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
Scheduling information. We use Calendly to let you book introductory calls. When you schedule a call, Calendly collects and processes the details you enter (such as name, email, and meeting preferences) on our behalf, subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Our Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of its own. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in server logs for security and reliable operation. Third-party tools we embed (such as the Calendly scheduler on our Contact page) may set their own cookies or collect usage data when you interact with them, as described in their respective privacy policies.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- schedule and conduct introductory calls and meetings;
- provide, and discuss the scope of, our services;
- maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate — for example, our scheduling provider, email provider, and website host — who may process it only on our behalf;
- when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or
- to protect the rights, safety, or property of M-D Stats or others.
Client and project data
Data you provide as part of a consulting engagement — including product, process, and quality data — is confidential and is handled under the terms of the written agreement (and any non-disclosure agreement) governing that engagement, not under this Site policy. We do not use client project data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
International processing
We are based in the United States, and some of our service providers (including Calendly) process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a request, or meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at info@meddevicestatistics.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to respond or provide services.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
